CR Investment Management hat die Investmentgesellschaft „neworld“ gegründet. Ziel des Unternehmens ist der Aufbau eines Portfolios aus Managed Properties entlang der gesamten Nutzungskette von Immobilien: von Serviced Apartments, Co-Living, Bildung, Office-as-a-Service, Healthcare und Elderly Living bis hin zu Urban Farming. neworld stellt Unternehmen, die zukunftsorientierte Immobilienkonzepte entwickeln, Wachstumskapital und Immobilienkompetenz zur Verfügung. Derzeit umfasst das Portfolio der neworld drei Beteiligungen in den Bereichen Serviced Apartments (STAYERY), Co-Living (The Base)und Kinderbetreuung (KinderHut–Joint Venture). Ziel ist es, in den kommenden drei Jahren ein Portfolio aus mindestens 10 Beteiligungen und entsprechenden Immobilien im Wert von mehr als 2 Milliarden Euro aufzubauen.

CR Investment Management aus Berlin verknüpft Betreiberkonzepte, an denen es selbst beteiligt ist, mit Immobilien, die am Ende an Investoren gehen. Um das Geschäft auszubauen, will CR nun selbst Investment Produkte initiieren und deren Portfolios managen. Zunächst mit den bisherigen Betreiberkonzepten, künftig auch mit neuen. Das Ganze unter dem Namen neworld.

Der strategische Investor und Asset Manager CR Investment Management (CR) investiert in das Wachstum des in Deutschland ansässigen Co-Living Betreibers The Base. Die Projekte von The Base fokussieren auf urbane Standorte in den deutschen Top-7-Städten und europäischen Metropolen. Dabei ist sowohl die Realisierung von Neubauprojekten wie auch die Restrukturierung bestehender Gebäude geplant. Bis 2025 wird die Eröffnung von mindestens 15 Häusern oder etwa 5.000 Einheiten in Deutschland und Europa avisiert.

Der strategische Investor und Asset Manager CR Investment Management (CR) hat zusammen mit KinderHut, einem auf Bau und Betrieb von Kitas spezialisierten Unternehmen aus Nordrhein-Westfalen, die Gesellschaft CR Bildungsräume GmbH gegründet. Ziel des Joint Ventures ist die Planung und Errichtung von Kindertagesstätten im gesamten Bundesgebiet. Die Kindertagesstätten werden für den Betrieb durch KinderHut entwickelt. Geplant sind zunächst bis zu vier neue Standorte pro Jahr.
